About the Event

Calling all parents, teachers, and community organizations!

Join us for special a youth resource mixer, Ujima–meaning collective work and responsibility–where creativity and connection come together. Artist Xolani Sivunda from Cape Town, South Africa will lead you through a special mosaic art exercise, where you’ll have the chance to get in touch with your inner artist, forging connections to yourself and others in our community.

It’s a chance to meet other parents, teachers, and members of community organizations to have conversations about opportunities for young people in our city to connect to resources and expand their creativity, plus you’ll get an exclusive preview of ART 180’s full line of fall programs. At ART 180, we believe in the power of collective responsibility, so let’s show up, learn from each other, and create meaningful support for the young people in our city.

See you there!
