These three organic, Fair Trade coffees – 50% Peruvian Vida Alta (medium roast), 30% Honduran Yojoa (medium roast), and 20% Columbian Santa Marta (full roast) – combine to create a well balanced blend every connoisseur or neophyte can enjoy. The Peruvian provides the mellow, warm full body, the Honduran lends its top notes of citrus fruit and acidity, and the Columbian gives a bite at the break and a clean crisp finish. Lamplighter Roasting Company, a local business, purchases high quality beans from smaller farms, roasting them in small batches to ensure freshness. We're now offering monthly coffee subscriptions to local fans, friends, and the community of our ART 180 Studio Blend Coffee, roasted by locally owned business Lamplighter Roasting Company. Lamplighter purchases high quality beans from smaller farms, roasting them in small batches to ensure freshness, and now they've created a signature blend just for us!
